What types of leads are RARE Leads
We provide leads of all types, including Buyers, Sellers, For Sale By Owners, Expired/Terminated, referrals, leads a la cart per Zipcode (coming soon).
Are my leads exclusive to me?
RARE Leads will never share the leads you pay for with anyone else. However, it's not uncommon for a lead to sign-up through several lead generation companies as they venture online. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they aren't working with another agent. If they are, we'll provide you another lead.
How do I receive my RARE Leads?
All leads are sent via e-mail, at a minimum. Hot and Warm leads are also called/texted to you, according to your preference.
What’s your refund policy?
Due to the nature of lead generation, in that you cannot entirely return the lead to us, we cannot provide refund. However, if any leads we provide are proven to be bad leads (ie. bad numbers, working with another agent, do not need real estate assistance), we will provide you with another lead at no additional charge
Do you require a subscription?
Yes, and no. Due to the average conversion rate of 2%, we do require you purchase a minimum of 90 leads, but they can be spread over 3 months. For example, if you only buy 90 leads, you can receive them all in a month, or over 3 months (30 leads per month). We do this so you have a better chance of converting leads. This is still much better than 6 to 12 month subscriptions many other companies require.
